About Animal Cruelty
根據香港法例第169章《防止殘酷虐待動物條例》，殘酷對待、虐待、過度策騎、驅趕或使任何動物負荷過重，或殘酷地折磨、激怒或驚嚇任何動物，或導致任何動物被如此使用，或准許動物被如此使用，都屬犯法。
According to Cap. 169 "Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Ordinance" cruelly beats, kicks, ill-treats, over-rides, over-drives, overloads, tortures, infuriates, or terrifies any animal, or causes or procures or, being the owner, permits any animal to be so used, or, by wantonly or unreasonably doing or omitting to do any act, causes any unnecessary suffering or, being the owner, permits any unnecessary suffering to be so caused to any animal
